Week Two: A Year of Adventure Recap

Week Two: A Year of Adventure Recap

A little late to the game, but here is  the recap of week two for the Year of Adventure challenge.

It was a week full of skiing, which also happened to keep us from doing a long post on Instagram. Due to my realization that not everyone wants to see the same hiking pictures over and over again, I changed the challenge this week to only one big adventure per week! Don’t worry, I will still be going outside every day.

I spent the week at Winter Park, Copper, and Eldora and even did a short back country ski stint at St. Mary’s Glacier. The wind was very strong then so if you happen to find a pair of cheaply made sunglasses on the mountain, those are mine. My legs have been very sore, and my soul very happy. Spending a few days on the slopes always makes my week a bit brighter. Though this week was full of big adventures, I am excited for some small ones next week.

Starting soon, we hope to start featuring some of our favorite adventures from people as we continue to grow with people participating in the #acyearofadventurechallenge. We can’t wait to see what your adventures are so get posting on Instagram!

So let us know what your adventures were in the comments this week and start getting outside and explore!

Happy Travels!
